If you require a refund and your item was purchased within the last 14 days (from order date) a full refund will be issued.

If the item was purchased and is returned outside of this time a 10% restock fee will be deducted from your refund as per our Website Seller Policy.

If an item is returned for an exchange the customer is required to cover the cost of both return P&P (price dependent on item) and re-dispatch P&P.
