Making your Payment:

Shipping and Handling:
All orders are dispatched with either Royal Mail or DPD.
Standard Delivery normally takes 3-5 days (Although we aim to provide the fastest possible service you must still allow up to 5 for delivery).
If you place your order and the item(s) ordered is out of stock due to logistical or technical reasons you will be contacted, by email, within 24 hours of your ordering being placed and given the choice of an alternative item(s) or a full and immediate refund.

If you require an exchange or refund please return the item(s) to the address below along with the enclosed returns form (included with your order) and we will promptly exchange or refund the item for you.*
